How It All Started in Clearwater
Our owner was born and raised in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, Vietnam, where pho was part of everyday life. He grew up eating it almost daily, surrounded by the rich aromas of broth simmering on the streets. At 21, he came to the United States not sure what the future would hold. After years of hard work in his family’s restaurant, he finally achieved his dream in 2018 by opening Green Mint.
Inspired by Tradition, Focused on Freshness
Since then, Green Mint has been serving food with the same passion and care he grew up with. We’re best known for our Northern-style pho, a recipe you won’t often find at other Vietnamese restaurants in the U.S. Our broth is made from real beef bones and slow-cooked for 24 hours until the flavor is deep and rich. It’s served with thick, hearty noodles, just like back home in Hanoi.
